What is Insights Discovery™
A simple, memorable way to understand personality
Insights Discovery™ is rooted in the psychology of Carl Jung. It uses four colour energies to describe the different ways people prefer to think, work and interact. The result is a shared, everyday language that sticks — one your team will still be using months after a workshop.
