Insights Discovery™ Personal Profiles
Each person completes the online evaluator and receives their own Personal Profile — a detailed, readable report on their preferences, strengths, blind spots and how others can work best with them.
Profile feedback sessions
One-to-one or small group walkthroughs so the profile lands properly. People leave knowing what to do differently, not just what colour they are.
Team workshops & team wheels

What does a Licensed Insights Discovery™ Practitioner do?
A Licensed Practitioner is accredited by Insights Learning & Development to generate Insights Discovery™ Personal Profiles and to facilitate the feedback and workshops that turn those profiles into practical change. Every session on this site is delivered personally by Dave Sydenham.
How does Insights Discovery™ work?
Each participant completes a short online evaluator. That produces a Personal Profile based on the four colour energies — Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green and Cool Blue. We then explore the profiles together as individuals and as a team.
Where do you work?
In person across Aberdeen, Stonehaven, Aberdeenshire and the wider North East of Scotland, and further afield by arrangement. Online facilitation is available for remote or distributed teams.
How many people do you need for a workshop?
Anything from a one-to-one profile feedback session up to a full team. Groups of around six to sixteen tend to get the most from a facilitated team workshop.
