I set up Discover Colour to help people work better together. Most friction in teams isn't about competence — it's about misunderstanding. Two perfectly capable people, communicating in completely different ways, each assuming the other "gets it".

Insights Discovery™ gives teams a simple, memorable way past that. Four colour energies, a Personal Profile for everyone, and a shared language that makes differences easy to talk about. As a Licensed Practitioner I bring it to life through facilitated workshops — tailored to your team, your goals and your people.

I'm based near Stonehaven, just south of Aberdeen, and work with organisations across the whole of the North East of Scotland — in person wherever you are. Online workshops are also available for those further afield, or for remote or distributed teams.
